VIRTUAL TOURS - A virtual tour of a property is priced at just $150*.
This service includes expert photos of the entire property, both inside and outside, as well as any common areas such as pools, playgrounds or clubs. For urban properties, often photographs of nearby downtown areas or town centers are included to market the property’s location.
*An extra charge over the initial $150 is added for properties outside of Fairfax and Arlington counties.
